Bio:

I am a Senior Lecturer in Management (Casual) in the Faculty of Business at Manukau Institute of Technology and a Project Manager, Targeted Review of Qualifications, Auckland, New Zealand. My research interests include building capacity in Not for Profit committees and governance and blended learning strategies in vocational education. I have spent a number of years volunteering within grass root sports club committees as president, treasurer and in fundraising roles for a number of clubs. This experience led to my interests in building capacity in committees within the Not for Profit sector.
