Abstract

The Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre (Auckland Council) has partnered with Sport New Zealand to provide a case study on the value that the Leisure Centre provides to its members and the wider community. The value(s) of the Leisure Centre are demonstrated in a number of ways through case studies with staff, members and the wider community.

This case study is one of the first to be produced using a new value of sport toolkit resource (a step-by-step guide to help organisations tell their value stories) currently being developed by Sport NZ. The toolkit resource is due to be available on-line later this year. Watch this space.
