A companion volume to the Nine Steps to Good governance it covers chairs at all stages of development; Getting Started, this section contains material to help newly appointed chairs; Becoming ‘Good’ is directed at chairs with at least a year’s experience and moving from ‘Good’ to ‘Great’, designed for the experienced chair who is ready to perform with excellence under their belt.
It also works through the key issues faced in the role.
