David Allan draws on 30 years’ experience in the leisure industry and 15 years as a consultant planner. Prior to consulting he had a succession of key roles with the Hillary Commission (now called Sport NZ), the Minister of Recreation and Sport, the Health Sponsorship Council and Sport Tasman. As a consultant, David has worked predominantly with local authority clients, facility trusts and several national sports organisations including SPARC.
