Abstract
Moving Waikato 2020 is a project that utilises available statistical data, combined with subjective stories and feedback to define “What’s next for sport, recreation and physical activity?” in the Waikato. This is an opportunity for us to provide leadership to those in the sector, so that we are more focused and targeted – from delivery through to outcomes. Moving Waikato 2020 allows us all to not only be better informed but also to develop regional insight and understanding. This educational resource will guide the strategic priorities for the region over the next five years.
