Abstract
In April 2011, Rotorua District Council (RDC) commissioned a review of the provision, usage and user fees of the RDC sports fields and sports facilities. Sport Bay of Plenty (Sport BOP), the Regional Sports Trust (RST) was contracted to carry out the review. The purpose of this review is to provide up to date, relevant information that will enable RDC to make informed decisions to work more effectively in collaboration with the community.
