Abstract

This executive summary report provides an overarching summary of the research project, key findings,, and reporting. The study analysed the pedagogical strategies of the Coach Accelerator Programme (CAP). In addition a number of separate research outputs have been produced through the life of the project, which include the topics of Communities of Practice, Ongoing Learning, Value of the Manager and a Case Study on one of the CAP coaches. The research articles that have been published and the ones underway are included in a list of at the end of the report and can also be accessed via the Sport and Recreation Knowledge Library.
