Abstract

re-exercise activity is performed with an expectation to reduce the risk of eccentric exercise-induced muscle damage and enhance performance. There is a lack of information on what type of pre-exercise activity can benefit both eccentric exercise-induced muscle damage prevention and performance enhancement.
