I work for a maori kaupapa service that works for everyone in the community that has or has had a mental health or addiction problem. I support tangata whaiora in the community and I use my knowledge gained from obtaining a diploma in exercise science in increasing clients daily physical activity and helping them with a healthy eating plan.
